My Journey to Becoming “The Solutionist”

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been drawn to solving problems, not just finding answers, but understanding the why behind things. I’ve always believed that life’s challenges are not there to break us, but to reveal the solutions we carry within.

Over time, this belief became the foundation of my personal and professional journey. It eventually shaped Grace the Solutionist.

I didn’t start out with everything figured out. I simply followed my curiosity in technology, human behavior, and how both could work together to make life better. Each experience, each challenge, and each opportunity taught me that true innovation begins when we combine empathy with action.

Along the way, I worked with teams and individuals who shared a common drive: to use data, creativity, and strategy to make meaningful impact. It was through these experiences that I realized that solutions aren’t always grand or complex. Sometimes, they begin with a question, a spark, or even a problem that refuses to go away.

But my mission didn’t stop there. I wanted to help others see what I had discovered, that you are the solution you’ve been waiting for. That’s how Grace the Solutionist was born, as a space where people could learn, grow, and rediscover their own capacity to create change.

Today, I’m building Logic Labs, an initiative focused on inspiring young minds to think critically, embrace innovation, and apply creativity to real-world problems. I believe that when we teach people, especially children, to think like solution providers, we lay the foundation for a more creative, compassionate, and forward-thinking world.

Becoming “The Solutionist” wasn’t a title I chose. It was a mindset I grew into. And now, my mission is to help you do the same: to think differently, act boldly, and live as the solution you were created to be.
